By using Seenly you agree to the following:
- Seenly and the Seenly developers are not liable or responsible for any of the content that is created by its users, known or unknown, registered or unregistered.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers are not liable or responsible for any damages incurred while or after using Seenly.
- You will not create content that is hateful, racist, pornographic, slanderous, libelous or otherwise illegal in any way.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers reserve the right to remove or replace any content that is using too much traffic with content referring back to Seenly without notice.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers reserve the right to ban anyone from using Seenly for violating the Terms of Service or at their sole discretion without notice.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers reserve the right to block any webpage or site from linking or sharing any content hosted on Seenly servers at their sole discretion without notice.
- It is forbidden to use any third party application or website to consume or interface with any or all of the services, be it fully or partly, Seenly provides. The only exceptions are external third party websites that include user-generated Seenly snaps in their pages.
- It is forbidden to modify Seenly or any part of Seenly, be it code, visual, or other.
- Any and all content not created by Seenly users is property of Seenly, and should not be distributed or modified without explicit permission from Seenly or the Seenly developers.
- The copyright and ownership of any snaps created by a Seenly user belong to the Seenly user who created it.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service at their sole discretion without notice.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers guarantee or warrant nothing except that which is required by law.
- Seenly and the Seenly developers reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at their sole discretion without notice.
